TSI's strategic manufacturing and production assets provide security, scalability and adaptability.
We have invested in a vertically-integrated, state-of-the-art production and manufacturing facility, as well as maturation and bond stores, and a one-of-a-kind agave farm. By investing in these strategic assets we have full control of manufacturing, security of supply, scalability, craft and creativity, quality control, R&D and adaptability. The Campbellfield distillery and production facility contains a brewhouse for whisky, distillation column and pot stills for whisky and vodka, and flexible packaging for beverage cans and bottles. We have the installed capacity to service not only TSI’s brands but also a range of third party contract packaging partners.
TSI’s maturation facilities and bond stores are located in Somerton, Victoria, and house oak vats and barrels for the storage of whisky inventory, which by law must be laid down for a minimum of two years.
In support of Top Shelf’s ambition to create Australia's only Agave spirit category at scale, we have a 430-hectare farm located between Bowen and Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays.
More than 230,000 agave plants have been planted at the farm and more than 245,000 additional plants are in nurseries.
While TSI principally operates in a market that is dominated by imported products, it is a proudly Australian company with all of its operations in Australia.
We have the largest installed and integrated spirits distilling and packaging capacity compared with other Australian spirits manufacturers. This scale and integrated capacity provides us with immense capability to develop, launch and adapt products to meet the needs of the local spirits market.
